Kolibri

Kolibri is an open-source offline ed-tech platform developed by Learning Equality, focused on increasing the availability of relevant and aligned learning materials, fostering innovative pedagogy, and boosting learning outcomes. Content is organized into "channels", and the following channels are currently available on this device:

• Free English with Hello Channel
  This YouTube channel teaches conversational English, English for social life and grammar by using Hello Channel’s TV educational shows with ESL learners.  
• Open Stax
  This comprehensive digital textbook repository provides materials in math, science, history, and other subjects. The textbooks are written by university professors and designed for revision and self-directed learning. Appropriate for adult and secondary learners.  
• Inclusive Education Resources
  This channel is created as part of the United Nations Partnership on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities initiative. Content include videos of Sign Exact English for Inclusive Education, ePub Books and Audio recordings.  
• Pre-Primary Education
  Content in form of stories for children presented in English and 26 local languages spoken in Uganda.
